CRCA Lounge Bartender/Server

Seasonal (September – April) Part time/On call

Job Overview: The CRCA Lounge Bartender/Server is responsible for providing an excellent level of service to our members/guests on a consistent basis.

Skills and qualifications:

-Minimum 1-3 years bartending/serving experience

-Food and beverage knowledge

-Knowledge of AGLC rules and ProServe certification

-Current police or RCMP Criminal Record check

-Ability to take ownership of duties, show initiative and be productive

-Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast past environment

-Positive attitude and team player

-Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, weekends and holidays where the weekly hours may fluctuate.

General Duties:

-To build positive relationships with members/guests to ensure customer satisfaction

-Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the lounge

-Monitor, anticipate and react to customer needs consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

-Ensure guests food/drinks are prepared and served according to industry and Alberta Health standards

-Handle cash and keys responsibly and according to company policy

-Anticipate the needs of the lounge and order products to help all
