The CRCA is eager to start working on making the parking lot a safer, smoother ride. In order to do this we need CRCA members to come vote to approve the parking lot repair project. The following motion will be voted on:
That the CRCA Board of Directors request approval from the membership to proceed with Phase 1 of the Parking Lot Project, to be awarded to Rock Iron Construction Inc, at a cost of $284,833.50 (excluding GST) with a contingency of +/-15%, and a planned completion date in 2025.
