The Chestermere Regional Community Association is a not for profit charity organization located in the City of Chestermere, Alberta. The CRCA as it is known is the primary recreational facility for Chestermere and the MD of Rockyview.  The center attracts over 150,000+ visitors annually and is a community hub for many local community groups which include:

The Facility

Indoor Facilities: 

  • Large banquet hall, complete with hardwood floors, large stage, bar and kitchen. Ideal for weddings, reception and special events.
  • 2 arenas available for hockey, ringette, figure skating, learn to skate and public skating.
  • 3 sheet curling rink available for league bookings, bonspiels, funspeils, and groups.
  • 3 multipurpose meeting rooms

  • Skate sharpening shop

Outdoor Facilities:

  • 3 regulation size softball fields fences with shale.
  • 4 fenced soccer fields, 3 U5 – U9 size and 1 U11 to U15 size

The Chestermere Recreation Centre offers numerous onsite and offsite recreation programs for children and adults.  Private rentals for corporate events and birthday parties are also available.  The facility can be booked for special activities such as hockey, ringette and softball tournaments.
